Baltimore(SSR)

http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/time-magazine-asks-how-much-has-really-changed-in-america-since-the-60s/ar-BBiWhlk?ocid=ansbusinessinsider11

This article talks about how America really hasn't changed. Racism is still prominent in the US and many have died to police brutality such as Gray. Baltimore's citizens are rioting because they want justice for what happened to Gray. Just like people rioted in the 60s because of Martin Luther King Jr's death people are doing the same now. I disagree with their approach they are doing because violence just causes more violence. You can't find violence with violence because in the end the cycle just continues. It's crazy to see that history is repeating itself in one shape or the other. Police brutality is a horrible thing and it should stop.

  1. I totally agree with you Andry, I think that the riots are a wrong way to get change, however, it's a good way to get noticed. People in America tend to overlook and forget things that have occurred to African American men, like Gray, and we're(blacks) are tired of it. But yes I totally agree that destroying your own community is not the way to seek a solution.

  2. This is a very complex topic. I really think you could have easily developed a 250 word post on the subject.
